The call came in around 9 p.m. By 10:45 p.m., the fire was out, but firefighters were still dousing hot spots.
Firefighters were shuttling water from a hydrant about a half mile away to help douse the flames that scattered smoke in the area.
No one was in the building, which was about 2,000 square feet, Brock said. Firefighters remained on the scene late Friday night.
