According to the report:
Dylan Rae Kilgore, no age or address given, of Kingston, was arrested Sunday following a police chase south on U.S. 41 that involved officers from Adairsville, and Bartow, Floyd and Carroll counties.
Kilgore was charged with two counts of aggravated assault on law enforcement officers, fleeing and attempting to elude police and reckless driving.
