Man charged with murder now facing additional child molestation charge

A man accused of killing his wife in Dec. 2011 is facing additional charges of child molestation, according to Floyd County Jail reports.

According to the reports:

Michael Woodrow Terry, 61, of 1436 Livingston Road, is charged with molesting the child between Jan. 2004 and Dec. 2008.

Terry is being held in the Floyd County Jail on murder charges for killing his wife, Juanita Marie Terry, 45 by shooting her.

Terry is scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 15 on the murder charges.
