Arrest made in stolen ATV case

A Rome man remains in jail without bond on charges linked to the theft of an all-terrain vehicle, according to a Floyd County Jail report.

According to the report:

A Kawasaki ATV valued at more than $1,500 was taken without permission on Sunday from a location on Kraftsman Road.

Charles Michael Stansell, 35, of 865 Turner Bend Road, was arrested Thursday by Floyd County police and charged with burglary and theft by taking.
