Police: $950 stolen from Sports Page bar

Rome police reported that the Sports Page bar at 1711 Dean Ave. was burglarized and $950 in coins stolen from machines Sunday morning, according to a police report.

According to the report:

Coins valued at approximately $450 were reported taken from two video poker machines that suffered $2,000 worth of damage. A juke box was also damaged and coins valued at $500 were reported stolen. A side door of the business was found pried open.

No suspects were listed in the report.
