Vehicle fire reported early Saturday

Polk County’s volunteer firefighters, along with city firefighters, local EMS and police, responded to a report of a vehicle fire around 1 a.m. Saturday morning.

The incident took place on Chubbtown Road, just off Cave Spring Road.

It was unclear as to what happened. Officials were not sure if the car wrecked, and then caught on fire, or if the car had been set on fire.

No injuries were reported.
