WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) — Authorities have identified the victims of a courthouse shooting in Delaware in which three people died, including the gunman.

Delaware State Police Sgt. Paul Shavak said Tuesday the victims were 39-year-old Christine Belford and 47-year-old Laura Mulford, both of Newark, Del. Shavak said Belford and Mulford, a neighbor, were at the courthouse for a child support hearing involving David Matusiewicz, who is Belford's estranged husband.

Shavak said Matusiewicz was being questioned and was in custody on a federal probation technicality. Authorities have not publicly identified the shooter.
