Face to Face: Berry College head football coach Tony Kunczewski
Since the press conference announcing him as Berry College's first football coach in April, Tony Kunczewski has been working hard getting everything ready for the Vikings' first football season.

Coach Kunczewski visited Studio Central for a Face to Face interview where he discusses the current state of Berry's football program.

Among the topics talked about:

  • Berry currently has 35 commitments but because the school is Division Three, Berry isn't bound by national signing day.

  • Berry has three coaches and Coach K is working to fill out the remainder of the positions on the staff.

  • The defense will run a 3-4 base with a lot of zone blitzes and bring pressure. The offense will feature pro-style attack based out of the shotgun. Coach K plans for both units to be very physical.

  • More than 240 recruits have visited the campus and Coach K is very happy with the enthusiasm surrounding the program.

You can hear Coach K talk about these topics on more by watching the video.
