Today and tomorrow the Chick-fil-a location on Shorter Avenue will be giving away free Chick-fil-a chicken sandwiches to teachers of the Floyd County School Systems, Rome City School systems and local private schools, said Chick-fil-a day manager Ben Farrer. Teachers will have to present their school identification to get the sandwich.

Farrer said they just want to show support for teachers and what they do.

Chick-fil-A on Shorter Avenue is a huge supporter of all the schools in Rome and Floyd County. We are fortunate to have a business who hires many teenagers and trains them well in the service industry. Thank you CFA for reaching out to the all the teachers !
