Woman facing drug charges

A Rome woman was charged with possession of Schedule IV narcotics and failure to keep drugs in their original container after she was found with the drugs on Friday night, according to a Floyd County Jail report.

According to the report:

Nichole Marie Shaw, 33, of 45 Green and Gold Blvd., was arrested around 10:30 at 2403 Garden Lakes Blvd. after police found her with the drugs.

She was released from jail on $5,700 bond.
