According to the reports:
Timothy Dewayne Witt, 43, of 108 Drexel Drive, Rome is charged with misdemeanor possession of drug related objects and felony possession of methamphetamine.
Rhonda Lynn Barton, 42, also of 108 Drexel Drive, is charged with failure to keep drugs in their original container, a misdemeanor and felony possession of a schedule IV drug. She is also facing a probation violation and has a hold from Chattooga County.
Witt was released from jail on a $10,100.
Barton remained in jail on Wednesday morning.
