Hospitality House director Amy Weaver (center) receives a $750 check from Rob Whitaker, vice president for finance and administration at Georgia Highlands College, and Renva Watterson, interim president. The goal of Hospitality House is to provide shelter and services to adult and child victims of family violence, to promote public awareness of domestic violence, to advocate for victims through activities which promote change at local, state and federal levels, and to provide family violence prevention services to all aspects of the community.
