The restaurant will be located at 18 Broad Street in the heart of Cave Spring, a property that that has been home to numerous restaurants through the years, most recently, the Water Club.
The menu for the restaurant, which is still several weeks away from opening, will feature classic steak house fare with big steaks, potatoes and salads.
Wentz picked up the paperwork from Cave Spring officials to begin the process of obtaining beer and wine pouring licenses for the business.
“We are very anxious for her to open up,” Cave Spring City Clerk Judy Dickinson said. “She’s doing everything the right way.”
