Bell will discuss U.S. foreign policy, national security policy, national energy policy, and future international challenges for America.
He served 15 years deployed overseas in both peacetime and war. After a 39-year career Bell retired from the U.S. Army in 2008.
The General has a master’s degree from the University of Southern California and two honorary doctorate degrees, is a lifetime member of the New York-based Council on Foreign Relations and serves as a consultant for the Department of Defense.
