Report: Intoxicated phone call leads to aggravated stalking charge

A Rome man was arrested after allegedly violating a condition of his bond by contacting a person he was court ordered not to contact, according to a Floyd County Jail report.

According to the report:

Robert Davidson Brown, 34, of 202 Rollingwood Drive, is charged with felony aggravated stalking for contacting a woman while he was intoxicated in the early hours of Sunday morning.

He remained in jail on Monday morning.
