Police: Rome man took water heater from Wayside Road

A Rome man was accused of taking a hot water heater from a Wayside Road building, according to Floyd County Jail reports.

According to the reports:

Terry Keith Dowdy, 43, of 355 Wayside Road is charged with misdemeanor theft by taking and felony burglary. He is also being held on charges from the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office. Dowdy remained in jail Tuesday night without bond.
