According to the reports:
Ginger Annette Allen, 45, of 79 McHenry Drive, fired the pistol close to seven children ages 7 to three months.
She was later arrested while driving drunk on Darlington Drive. She is charged with seven counts of misdemeanor cruelty to children, DUI, aggravated assault and an open container violation.
She remained in the Floyd County Jail on Wednesday afternoon.
