Roles will be cast age appropriately, so there are opportunities for every age. Auditions are open to the community, and those who are interested in theater are encouraged to attend, no matter their level of experience or training.
Those auditioning will be taught a song to sing and a dance routine to perform (if auditioning for singing and dancing roles) at auditions. Everyone will have an opportunity to read from selected scenes that will be available for perusal during registration. Attendees should arrive at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday and 1:30 p.m. on Sunday to allow time for registration and pictures. They should also bring with them a completed audition form, which is available at romelittletheatre.com. More detailed information, including character descriptions, is available at this website.
In addition to the regular production dates, those auditioning must be available to perform during school shows on Wednesday and Thursday, April 3 and 4.
