The Georgia Legal Services will have representatives at the Floyd County Superior Courthouse, 3 Government Plaza on Friday beginning at noon to assist in civil matters only. Georgia Legal Services represents low-income clients in civil matters, including temporary protective orders, public benefits, housing and consumer issues. This service is being provided on the second Friday of each month by the Superior Court Clerk, Barbara H. Penson and Georgia Legal Services.
