The Clock Tower Jazz Ensemble will present its sixth annual “Heart and Soul” concert Friday at 7:30 p.m. at the Rome City Auditorium,601 Broad St. The concert will feature Motown hits and love songs. Admission is $5. Tickets are available at Kroger and at the door.
