<b> Danny Fricks — </b> Danny started his weight-loss journey before Health Quest came along. He’s already shed 75 pounds and wants to keep the momentum going. “I will be entering retirement in the next couple of years and want to be able to enjoy it with my family. I have to be able to keep up with the grandkids.” Danny works for Georgia Power and is the area manager for Chattooga, Walker and Dade counties. For enjoyment, he plays golf, works out and spends time with family and friends. For his fitness regiment, he does cardio and weight training five days a week in addition to golf and bike riding. His food program consists of low-fat, high-fiber and protein. He’s counting on Health Quest for “accountability, health tips and nutrition tips.” Health Questers learn about revving up metabolism and one man's weight-loss success; See video here
