A private owner has purchased the property of the former Country Gentleman on Chateau Drive and the new location will be a "high-end steak and seafood restaurant" said Morgan Ayers from RE/MAX Realty.

It will take 60 days to renovate the property and acquire a liquor license and the restaurant will serve lunch and dinner, he said.
