Four Harbin Physicians win 178-mile Reno to Tahoe run

ROME, Ga., June 06, 2012 – Four Harbin Clinic Physicians, Dr. Charles Baggett, Cardiology; Dr. Brad Bushnell, Orthopaedics: Dr. Jonathan Pewitt, Dermatology; Dr. Andy Stevens, Neurosurgery; along with Jeff Holloway of UCS Crossfit, placed first in their division in the 178 mile Reno-Tahoe Odyssey Relay Run.

Harbin Clinic Sports Health Foundation sponsored the relay team along with Blue Sky Outfitters and Team 360. The Harbin Clinic physicians’ team placed 12th overall out of 250 teams.

In honor of their win, Dr. Andy Stevens made a financial contribution to Cancer Navigators in tribute to three of his patients who are currently battling cancer.

The Reno-Tahoe Odyssey Relay Run was held June 1 and 2 in Reno, Nevada. The race was 178 miles, divided into 36 legs of varying length and difficulty.

This fall, Georgia will host the inaugural Southern Odyssey Relay Race which will begin at Heritage Park in Rome and conclude in Kennesaw.

Harbin Clinic is Georgia’s largest physician-owned multi-specialty clinic with more than 220 providers offering services in 36 specialties in 21 locations throughout Northwest Georgia.
