Several Georgia Power crews work to replace a utility pole and transformers at the corner of East First Street and Second Avenue in downtown Rome Sunday.

Residents of the West Lofts Apartments and business owners in the area were notified last week of the scheduled power outage, which will be repeated Sunday August 5 in the 300 block of broad Street.
