Oz Sanchez won the knee seat competition in today's handcycling criterium in downtown Rome. Matt Updike won the long seat division. The Clocktower Classic started and ended on East First Street in front of the Rome Transit Station. The handcyclers will compete in time trials on Technology Parkway Saturday
