IN REFERENCE to the recent guest editorial “Bad road on immigration” (May 30). what is the difference between the Alabama law and Rome News-Tribune publishing the names, addresses, charges and age of people arrested in Floyd County every Monday in Roman Record?

I don’t think that there is any at all — do you?
