Rome police have charged a man with child molestation after he allegedly inappropriately touched a minor, according to Floyd County Jail reports.

According to the reports:

Andres Francisco Francisco, 32, of 812 Maple Ave., was arrested at the Rome Police Department on Tuesday night.

He was charged with two counts of felony child molestation and two counts of felony sexual battery. He remained in jail Wednesday night without bond.
