A Floyd County man was in jail Sunday after his Saturday arrest on charges he broke into a car, reports stated.

According to Floyd County Jail records:

James Boyd Garner, 29, of 120 Black’s Bluff Road, was charged with felony entering an auto or other vehicle with intent of a felony and misdemeanor theft by receiving stolen property.

Rome police accuse Garner of pawning $300 worth of music CD’s.

Bail was not set for Garner, who was also under a parole hold Sunday.
