<b>Doug Walker —</b> Doug, longtime respected radio news man and now associate editor at the Rome News-Tribune,  says he wants to give up about 60 pounds. “I have probably lost 600 pounds in my life. Unfortunately, I’ve generally managed to find most everything I lost.” He says at his highest he weighed 371 and at his leanest in adulthood he weight 192. “I feel best around 225-230,” says this 6’ 5” guy. “It’s time to end the yo-yo.” When Doug’s not covering our local community in the newspaper and hosting the video program Studio Central’s Face to Face, he loves to travel. He’s also an avid landscape and wildlife photographer. His exercise plan is simple: “Walk, walk, walk” plus he likes to cycle as well. And his eating plan includes trying to eliminate French fries and fried food. He’s hoping Health Quest will provide him basic support in his endeavor. And as we saw at the Health Quest kickoff, Doug is a wealth of information about places to walk and bike in the area. Week 21: Doug Walker top performer of the week

Lance Cole – Lance wants to ditch 80 pounds in order to “look better, feel better, get off these medications (blood pressure, blood sugar and cholesterol), be healthy and live long.” Lance is a minister of music who enjoys his work, his family, reading, computer and TV and playing tennis.
