Rome police are investigating a hit and run involving a fire hydrant at Ashland Park Apartments.
According to police reports:
Police were notified Monday that someone ran over a fire hydrant at the apartments on Ashland Park Boulevard sometime on Saturday morning and dragged it from in front of the 200-building to the 700-building.
