According to Floyd County Jail records:
William Jeffery Swift, 48, of 891 Bellview Road, was arrested Tuesday and charged with theft by deception and theft by taking.
Swift also had company property at his home, including tires on his vehicle that were supposed to be on a company vehicle.
The thefts were discovered on Oct. 26, according to a warrant.
Swift remained in the Floyd County Jail on Tuesday night.
