Miller Mountain Foods has sold its Schroeder’s New Deli in Armuchee to Sam Edwards and Haley Stephens of Calhoun.

Wayne Robinson, Jason Watson and Chad Whitefield were partners in the Armuchee restaurant. Robinson said he was not required to sell the restaurant as part of his arrangement to get the Steak ‘n’ Shake franchise.

The Rome trio had the restaurant for about four years. “We decided to sell because of time issues,” Robinson said. “With being involved in Steak ‘n’ Shake, and, of course I’m involved in Bojangles myself, we just didn’t have the time.”

Jason Watson is Robinson’s unit manager at the Steak ‘n’ Shake and Whitefield’s Advance Rehabilitation business has been growing, along with his responsibilities as a Floyd County commissioner.
