GOLF: Rockmart holds off Pepperell, Coosa

Rockmart’s Brady Garrett shot a 38 and was low-medalist in a match against Pepperell and Coosa at Meadow Lakes Golf Club.

Rockmart (163) won the match, followed by Pepperell (185) in second and Coosa (214) in third.

Jordan Starnes followed with a 39, Griffin Garret shot a 42 and Jordan Adkins carded a 44.

Pepperell’s Nick Borders had a 42, followed by Jared Kochanski’s 46, Caleb Jerris’ 47 and Corey Shiflett’s 50.

Coosa’s Austin Beam shot a 48.
