A hand gesture and alleged harassing behavior was enough to land a 19-year-old Rome woman in jail late Thursday night, reports stated.

According to Floyd County Jail records:

Rachael Nicole Sharpe, 19, of 9 Palmore Street is charged with felony Aggravated Stalking.

Sharpe reportedly violated a protective order by harassing another at the Las Palmas on Riverside parkway on the night of Thursday, April 14. She remained in jail Friday.

It's the Police's fault,the legal system is corrupt. How bout act like an adult in public and grow up. If your not gonna grow up then do us all a favor, Harden The ---- up and dont whine when you put your butt on line for a flip of the bird that by the way,is not "speech" but rather a "gesture" speech consists of words and phrases not "gestures". However it would be better worded by Little Suzzie if it were used,lets say like this. The expressive use of the middle finger is protected under freedom of "expression"..............is is a chicken squat charge to make when this occured in a public place and ms sharpe did not follow bozo to the resturaunt.

Second:This woman was at the location before the ACTUAL vindictive harassers showed up and then followed this woman to a second location. It was ALL planned out!

Third...5 officers to arrest a less than 5 foot tall less than 100 lbs woman? REALLY? I guess they were as SCARED as the wussy's that actually caused all this crap! But once again, Rome's finest at it's best! Hahahahaha! What a joke, but to the family I know some GREAT attorneys that are NOT tied in with the corrupt legal system here in Rome that would LOVE to take this case! But to the chicken sh#$ bit#$s that started and caused this abuse of our justice system for her OWN TRIVIAL, EVIL, PERSONAL VENDETTA....JUST REMEMBER YOU FOUR KARMA IS A BIT**!
