CEDARTOWN — A Cedartown woman found dead in her automobile was identified Friday as Patricia Ann Pollard, 55, of an East Avenue address.

Polk County Assistant Coroner Tony Brazier determined the preliminary cause of death as congestive heart failure and later declared it a natural death by a heart attack.

According to Cedartown police reports, an officer received information Thursday about a vehicle running with a person possibly asleep at the wheel on Grace Street, just off of Main Street in downtown Cedartown.
