According to Floyd County Jail reports:
Richard Kimble Hall, 45, of 7496 New Calhoun Highway, Adairsville, is accused of taking copper from the New Calhoun Road area on Aug. 11 valued at $2,000.
He faces additional charges of theft by taking, interfering with a public utility and second-degree criminal damage to property.
On Tuesday, Hall was charged with the theft by taking, interfering with a public utility and second-degree criminal damage to property for allegedly taking wire from an area near Adairsville Road and Ga. 140.
A representative from AT&T said the wire was worth $10,000.
Hall remained in jail on Wednesday evening, Sept. 21.
