LETTER TO THE EDITOR: Cain OKs torture, forgetting history

ON NOV. 12, my wife and I watched the Republican debate on television. We were both shocked when Herman Cain was asked about torture and water boarding. He said it was OK for the United States to use these tactics. With the history of torture African- Americans have had, you would think he would be the last person to advocate torture.
