Bishop Norris K. Allen and Gladys G. Allen
Norris retired from General Electric Co. in 1997 after 30 years as head of skill trade carpentry. He now serves as the presiding Bishop and Chairman of the Board of the Overcoming Church of God of America Inc.
Gladys retired from BellSouth Company in 2002 after 33 years as an engineering clerk. She is the General Mother of the Overcoming Church of God Organization.
They attribute the longevity of the their marriage to their love for each other, love for God and working together as a team since high school.
