Mrs. Anna Elizabeth Chambers
Libby is the daughter of Kim Simonds of Clayton and Steve Simonds of Copperhill, Tenn. Matt is the son of Nancy Carr of Summerville and the late J.M. Chambers.
The bride was given in marriage by her parents. She chose her sisters Abbigail Simonds and Millie Simonds to be co-maids of honor.
Bridesmaids were Christel Templeton and Erin Burney, both of Smyrna, Brooke Winslette, Lindsay Carmichael, Cassie Shedd, all of Rome, and Jenny Ward of Perkinston, Miss.
Jeff Eubanks of Lafayette, La., was the best man. Groomsmen were Brent Yates of Atlanta, Travis Yates of Cannidegua, N.Y., Kenny Durham of Buford and Larry Eubanks, Ben Dotson and Fletcher Davis, all of Summerville.
The reception was held at the Rome Area History Museum.
After a honeymoon in Mexico, the couple resides in Rome.
