Van and Jeannene Powell of Cedartown announce the engagement of their daughter ShiAnne Powell to Jonathan Blevins, son of Timothy and Paula Blevins of Armuchee.

Miss Powell is the sister of Alex Powell and Cody Powell

of Cedartown and Carrie Graham of Silver Creek. She is the granddaughter of Lanell Alexander, Barbara Alexander, Frances Powell, all of Cedartown, the late J.W. Alexander and the late Charles Powell.

Miss Powell will graduate from Rockmart High School in May, 2012. She is currently a Thirty-one Gifts Consultant.

Blevins is the brother of Aaron Blevins of Columbus, Ohio and Hannah Seritt of Armuchee. He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Randy Hawkins of Rome and the late Mr. and Mrs. Homer Blevins of Rome.

The groom-elect is a 2007 homeschool graduate and is currently employed by A&M Office Supply and AAA Wolff Tanning Equipment in Dallas.

The wedding will be held at Spring Lake Events in Rockmart on Sunday, May 27, 2012 at 4:00 p.m.
