The restaurant is located in the former Ryan’s Restaurant on 422 West Belmont Drive.
Vicky Chin, restaurant manager said the business would offer a full line of Japanese and Chinese cuisine on the buffet line. Super Hibachi will also offer beer and wine on the bev-erage line. She said the typical bill would run customers about $7.
Chin, who just arrived in Northwest Georgia from New York, estimated that the restaurant would have between 20-25 employees.
Regular hours are expected to be 11:00 am. to 10:00 p.m.
