Rome Imaging LLC has sold the property at 309 West Tenth Street to Complete Properties LLC for $350,000.

Rome Imaging, which occupied the property for two decades before moving into the Tony E. Warren M.D. Harbin Clinic Cancer Center after it opened in April of 2011, offers a full line of PET/CT and related imaging services

The building has been vacant for a little more than a year, although Rome Imaging manager Terry Cummins said the building has been used for storage in recent months.

Chris Sluder, administrator for Rome Radiology said that the new owner, Kent Popham, of Complete Cash, has indicated that he plans to use the building as a corporate head-quarters.

Popham, who was out of town and not available for com-ment, currently lists his corporate address as 1831 North Broad Street in Rome.
