Final: Braves 3, Charleston 2 (Game 1)

Charleston 10, Braves 5 (Game 2)

The turning points: Fernando De Los

Santos hit a homer in the 10th inning of the first game to lift the Braves to a victory. In the second game, the RiverDogs put together a three-run rally in the fourth inning to break a 2-2 tie and they held on from there to earn the split.

Elmer Reyes finished with a pair of extra-base hits — a triple in the first game and a double in the second game.

On the mound: Ryan Weber earned the win in the opener with four scoreless innings of work. He struck out three and walked none. Greg Ross took the loss in Game 2 after allowing five runs (three earned) on seven hits.

Game notes: The last-place Braves now own a 9-31 overall mark.
