Report: Woman cut man with fillet knife, hid in storage building

A Rome woman remained in the Floyd County Jail on Wednesday night after police said she stabbed a man in the arm then ran to a neighbor’s storage building to hide late Tuesday night, according to Floyd County Jail reports.

According to the reports:

Sarah Janeane Runyon, 32, of 33 Doncaster Drive, stabbed the man with a fillet knife in the left arm.

Runyon then ran and hid until police found her.

She was charged with felony aggravated assault (FVA) and misdemeanor criminal trespass.

She was being held on an $8,550 bond for her misdemeanor charge.
