Jewelry stolen from Red Fox Drive home

Floyd County police are investigating a burglary that occurred late Wednesday at a Red Fox Drive home where cash and several items of jewelry were reported missing, according to a Floyd County police report.

According to the report:

The front door was busted open but all electronics appeared to be untouched. $500 in cash, a men’s yellow gold wedding ring with six diamonds valued at $450 were missing as well as a yellow gold Coosa High School class ring, a light brown jewelry box, a yellow gold pink ice ring, a gold charm bracelet with three heart charms and a Citizen Quartz yellow gold watch.

A neighbor told the victim they saw a red Chevrolet S10 with a loud muffler parked in the driveway hours before the victim returned home.

There was no further information listed in the report.
