According to Pfc. Josh Kerce:
George Mailon Baxley was traveling east on the Ga. Loop in a 2001 Nissan Xterra and ran the red light.
Baxley’s Xterra collided with a Ford Windstar, driven by Abel Lopez.
A juvenile in Lopez’s van was injured.
Baxley was charged with running a red light.
