Two Rome men face charges after allegedly passing bad checks at a convenience store on Martha Berry Highway. Each of the men had been arrested on other charges earlier this month.

According to Floyd County jail reports:

As of early Tuesday Eads remained in the Floyd County jail without bond.

Bobby Ross Lamb, 105 Baby Doe Drive, is charged with four counts of theft by deception after writing four checks for $783 at the same convenience store. The account did not have sufficient funds to cover the checks.
