A Rome woman was arrested after a brief struggle with police Sunday, after she told them they could not tow her car from the intersection of Turner McCall Boulevard and Reservoir Street, according to a Floyd County Jail report.

According to the report:

Patrice Broome, 25, of 7 B Ross St. did not provide proof of insurance for her vehicle. One officer received a cut in the struggle.

She was charged with obstruction or hindering law enforcement officers and no proof of insurance. She remained in jail Sunday night.
