Report: Woman arrested after police find feces in bathtub, rotting food in sink at home with a child

Rome police have charged a woman with cruelty to children after finding rotting food in the sink, feces in the bathtub of the only bathroom and urine in a jug in the closet, ac-cording to Floyd County Jail reports.

According to the reports:

Annie Rose Eldridge, 26, who listed her address as 1369 Chulio Road, Rome, had a 3-year-old child living in the home, listed on the report as 131 Dodd Blvd., Apt. N-3.

She was arrested early Tuesday morning was being held on a $12,150 property bond.
