Redmond named one of their own, Andrea Pitts, as the new Director of Marketing and Public Relations. Andrea assumed her new role on July 16th.

Andrea has worked at Redmond for the past 14 years as a Speech Therapist and Clinical Coordinator for Speech Therapy. Outside of her work at Redmond, Andrea has been Executive Director of the Miss Rome Pageant for the past nine years. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in History from Berry College and her Master’s Degree in Communications from Georgia State University.

“I love Redmond! Having worked here for almost 14 years, I’m so excited to take this new role and promote the wonderful, quality care we provide our patients every day,” says Andrea Pitts, Redmond Director of Marketing and Public Relations.

Andrea brings a wealth of experience to the position as an accomplished leader, speech writer and award winning regional and national public speaker. She has extensive public relations experience, marketing and media experience and has been active in the Rome Chamber of Commerce. She has also appeared numerous times on local talk radio programs.
